"Let's see, where do I start?!! As you work out with him, you immediately regret you started because this guy pushes you to limits you never thought are possible to reach. never in my entire life have i worked out the way i have with James. My first two weeks I lost 10 pounds (Hint: Listen to him). I do the 10 sessions at a time (cheaper and you stay more consistent because you already payed for the 10 sessions, so you have to go).
